Ride
Register for the 15th Annual Positive Spin for ALS to be held on Sunday June 14,
2009.
Register Online:
Everyone from a beginner rider to the avid cyclist will have a chance to meet
his/her personal challenges at the 2009 Positive Spin for ALS.
Riders choose their challenge: a 10, 25, 50 or 75 mile route. Children are also
invited to participate in our fun and safe Children’s Ride departing at noon
(adult supervision required).
Registration Guidelines
• Each rider MUST wear a helmet
• Each rider younger than 12 years old may only participate in the Children’s Ride,
the 10 or 25 mile routes and must be accompanied by an adult.
• Each rider MUST complete a registration form
• Each rider MUST arrive at least 30 minutes prior to his/her specific ride time
